Although we have seen little recently in the news, Chile’s new president Sebastian Piñera recently estimated damages from the earthquake at $30 billion with several hundred dead. The catastrophe destroyed 4,000 schools and left 800,000 victims in its wake. The Chicago community is rallying once again in support of the victims of the earthquake with a spectacular concert featuring eight groups of the finest Chilean and Latino talent in the city! Performers include Patiperros Dance Group, Nelson and Paola Sosa, Alfonso Chacón and the Love Trio, Claudia Perez Brown Trio, Alba Guerra, Son Perú, Willie Gomez and Con Caché, and Tropa Solar.

Proceeds to benefit “Un Techo Para Chile” (A Roof For Chile.)
