Gustavo Alatta Exploring Afro-Peruvian Rhythms

Gustavo Alatta presents the history of “caja/cajon” musical traditions in Peru. He will lecture about and perform Afro-Peruvian rhythms. Guests are invited to bring their own drumming instruments to play alongside performer. Food will be provided by Machu Piccu Peruvian restaurant.
