Get ready for a Honduran blow-out with a trio of top Honduran bands. El Pueblo will kick things off with the best in music within the current Reggaetón craze followed by a top-notch merengue recording artists, Punto Clave. Honduras is the hotbed of a Central American music and dance style that has rocketed across Latin America. Punta or Punta Rock is based on the African rooted traditions of the Garifuna people and features fast paced percussive, hip-swinging rhythms. La Gran Banda has been one of the top bands in the genre since Punta exploded on the scene in the ’80s.
