Tangata
The Old Town School of Folk Music in partnership with the American Tango Institute present Tangata to kick off the Tango on the Town Festival at the Old Town School of Folk Music on August 24th-28th. This ensemble, led by Uruguayan violinist Victoria Moreira, combines talent from Argentina, Uruguay and the U.S., echoing the teeming port cities that gave birth to the music and dance of tango and will feature a guest bandoneonist.
