The Chicago Independent Film Festival

The Chicago Independent Film Festival and Instituto Cervantes cordially invite you to the Opening Gala of the festival. Join us on Wednesday, June 3rd in a celebration of cultural diversity and film as we present the work of emerging filmmakers to the greater Chicago community.
The event will begin at 7:00 p.m. with a reception following the screening of one of the outstanding films, The Wind and The Water / Burwa Di Ebo, that will be part of the festival. In the spirit of the festival’s mission, entrance to this evenings’ presentation is free.
