The Institute of Puerto Rican Arts and Culture is proud to present the 1st Annual Navi-Jazz event, which will feature performances by Chicago’s very own Latin Inspiration, Africaribe, and Cuatrista Javier Mendez.

To close off this wonderful celebration, renowed artist William Cepeda will be joined by pianist Erick Figueroa of Batacumbele.
